Using Donum

You may use Donum for lawful personal search and informational purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit automated traffic, or use it to violate another person's rights.

Search service and third parties

Search results are provided by Google Programmable Search Engine and may include advertising selected and delivered by Google. Donum is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Search results and linked websites are controlled by third parties; Donum does not guarantee their accuracy, safety, availability, or content.

Charitable giving

Donum intends to donate 10% of its profits to a selected charitable organization. Using Donum is not itself a charitable donation by you, does not create a tax-deductible contribution for you, and does not guarantee that any particular search will produce revenue or profit. The selected cause may change.

Intellectual property

Donum's original branding and site content may not be copied or used in a misleading way. Third-party names, trademarks, search results, and content belong to their respective owners.

No warranties

Donum is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or complete service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Donum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or third-party search results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
